What is planned?

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

24/1591/FH - FLAT 11, 3 TRINITY CRESCENT, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2ES - Retrospective application for the replacement of a fixed glazed roof light with an extension to dormer window to create a double dormer window on the side/north elevation.

25/0516/FH - 89A SANDGATE ROAD, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2AF - Change of use from offices (Class E) to 10 bedroom 10 person HMO (Sui-Generis).

25/0585/FH - 38 EARLSFIELD ROAD, HYTHE, CT21 5PF     Single storey rear extension, proposed rooflight to rear, amendments to front drive to accommodate parking.

25/0588/FH - ROSTRUM HOUSE, CHERITON PLACE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2BB - Erection of second floor to include terrace and addition of solar panels.

25/0605/FH - Castle House, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, CT20 2TF - New security fencing & gates to existing rear car park.

25/0676/FH - 11 MARINE PARADE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1PX - Conversion of property into 6 x self contained flats together with external refurbishment, insertion of skylights and internal reconfiguration.

25/0682/FH - 11 MARINE PARADE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1PX - Listed building consent for conversion of property into 6 x self contained flats together with external refurbishment, insertion of skylights and internal reconfiguration.

25/0692/FH - PREMIER INN, CHERRY GARDEN LANE, FOLKESTONE, CT19 4AP - Variation of Condition 12 (details of electric vehicle charging ports) of planning permission 24/1015/FH to allow for a reduction in charging ports.

25/0691/FH - The Dolphin Hotel, South Street, Lydd, TN29 9DQ - Advertisement consent for 5 new illuminated and non-illuminated signs

25/0707/FH - 3 OLD SALTWOOD LANE, SALTWOOD, HYTHE, CT21 4AL - Ground floor front extension with sky light

Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY.  Please always quote the application reference number.  Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication.  Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
