Inspection and commenting on planning applications

comments within 21 days of this notice or within 30 days if accompanied by an EIA quoting the relevant application number given above on all the applications received by the Council via the website at https://planning. cornwall.gov.uk/online-applications. Only those comments relevant to material planning considerations will be taken into account as part of an application’s determination. Any representations received will be open to public inspection.
For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) any comments submitted on a planning application will be subject to acceptance of the Privacy Notice for representations (D) on the Council’s website http://www.cornwall.gov.uk/planningprivacy . The Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 requires that
such correspondence must be made available for inspection either by Councillors or members of the public (which may include the Press). In the event of an appeal against the decision, any representations made in connection with the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and the appellant.
