Renelec Construction Limited. Proposed development/
Works: at Erection of fourteen dwellings Land North of
Sunnyside, Off Taylor Road, Wolverhampton.
3. Major Application: Applicant: 25/00336/REM.
HD Property Developments Limited. Proposed
development/Works: S.73 Application. Proposed minor
material amendment to vary condition 2 of application
reference 21/01574/FUL which was for the proposed
demolition of the former public house and erection of an
apartment block (24 apartments) and associated parking
and amenity space. The proposals seek approval for
internal and external alterations including repositioning of
main ground floor building entrance and window layout and
design Site of The Former Rookery Tavern Public House, at
Wood Street, Lanesfield, WV4 6LH.
