Proposals (c,d,f,h,n,o,p) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (m) affects the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (b,c,d,f,h,n,o,p,j) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (i) affects a public right of way.
Proposal (k) is a major development.
