Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2025/0438: 81 - 85, High Street, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1AW, Variation of condition 2 of planning permission MO/2024/0372 for the erection of roof extension to provide residential accommodation and outdoor amenity space, replacement of entrance door (off Church Passage), alterations to flats on first and second floors and their outdoor amenity spaces to allow minor variations to ridge height, parapet detail, visible structure to rear and internal layout.
MO/2025/0452: 92, South Street, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 2EW, Amendments and enlargements to existing windows and doors, introduction of new windows and rooflights.
MO/2025/0455: Long Cottage, Old London Road, Mickleham, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6EB, Retrospective planning permission for additional 900mm close boarded timber fence mounted on top of existing 1500mm high rear boundary wall.
MO/2025/0471: Leatherhead Leisure Centre, Guildford Road, Fetcham, Leatherhead Surrey KT22 9BL, Variation of condition 2 and 6 of planning permission
MO/2023/1445 for the construction of indoor sports facility comprising dome structure with associated parking and landscaping to allow a differently shaped dome and removal of the air dome system.
MO/2025/0539: ERA Site, Cleeve Road, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7SA, Hybrid application comprising: Full planning permission for development of a new divisional headquarters (HQ) police building with associated car parking, access, drainage and landscaping (Phase 1); Full planning permission for demolition of existing buildings and development of 40 residential units with associated parking and landscaping (phase 2); and, outline planning (all matters reserved) for residential development of up to 185 units and associated works (Phase 3).
MO/2025/0547: 21, High Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8AB, Prior notification for the change of use from retail to residential, upper floors from office space into two residential flats to be used as social housing. Internal layout changes, fit-out and general refurbishment to the first and second floor with minor alterations to the ground floor. Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk.
