File ref: 25/00258/ FUL. (Application site is within the Town Centre Conservation Area) The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Article 13

Full (detailed) planning application for enabling and remediation works to prepare the site for redevelopment at Former Site of The Zanzibar, Marsh Parade, Newcastle by Durata Development Ltd file ref 25/00262/FUL During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only, or the Customer Services Centre in Kidsgrove Town Hall Liverpool Road Kidsgrove between the hours of 9.00 am to 1.00 pm or 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm on weekdays only, to inspect the application plans and documents. Alternatively the applications may be viewed on line at www.newcastle-staffs.gov.uk

Any person who wishes to make representations to the above mentioned Council should make them in writing within that period to the Development Control Manager, Regeneration and Development Services Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under- Lyme ST5 1BL or e-mail to planningapplications@newcastle-staffs.gov.uk
