1. Reconfiguration of existing staircase and adjacent areas pursuant to LBC approval ref. RR/2022/987/L. Beaumans Farmhouse, Claphatch Lane, Ticehurst RR/2025/204/L
2. Ticehurst Conservation Area. Using the existing loft space to create an Attic Room / Study with new small dormer window to the rear. Existing Stairs to remain. Cinque Cottage, Church Street, Ticehurst RR/2025/228/L Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Listed Building Consent in respect of 1 & 2 above.
These applications can be viewed on the planning website at www.rother.gov.uk/planning or alternatively via the public access computers at the Battle Library, Market Square, Battle, or at Rye Library, 30A High Street, Rye.
