Notice under Regulation 25: Further information in relation to the planning application and environmental statement has been provided by the applicant, as detailed below Proposed development on: Land at Clockhouse Quarry, Horsham Road, Nr Capel, Horsham, RH5 5JL
SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK Limited has applied to Surrey County Council for planning permission for The importation and deposit of inert materials and soils on 14.5 hectares of land to facilitate the restoration of quarry voids to a nature conservation afteruse with drainage.

This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
Further environmental information not in response to a request under Regulation 25 of the Regulations (“other environmental information”), in relation to the Environmental Statement (ES) has been submitted by the applicant.

The “other environmental information” comprises a letter from SLR Consulting – Alternative Parameters, Stability Assessment of Restoration dated 14 March 2025, ES Appendix 8.2 Restoration Stability Assessment Revision 3 dated 14 March 2025, Email Correspondence With Agent dated 5 February 2025 to 19 March 2025 – Re: Geotechnical Comments, ES_Appendix_9.4_Technical Note Groundwater – Review of Groundwater Data to August 2024 and Appendix R2.1 ES Chp6 Ecology Appendix 6.5 Naturespace District Level Licence Information Version 2 dated 1 April 2025.

Copies of the further environmental information in respect of the environmental statement may be obtained from, SUEZ Recycling & Recovery, Runfold South Quarry, Guildford Road, Runfold, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 1PB (Telephone number: 07850 058903) at a cost of £150 for a hard copy and £10 for a DVD/CD copy, so long as stocks last.
