What is planned?

LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

PLANNING NOTICE

The following applications have been submitted for: Planning Permission

PL/0018/25 – Lincoln Castle, Castle Hill, Lincoln – for use of Lincoln castle grounds and erection of temporary buildings, structures and facilities, to hold concerts for up to 14 nights, plus up to six days for setup and removal within a six-week period falling May to July annually between 2025 - 2029. The proposed development affects the setting of Grades I, II* and II Listed Buildings and the character or appearance of Lincoln No.1 Conservation Area. (24 days)

Planning Permission accompanied by an environmental statement PL/0016/25 – Land to west of Moy Park Facility and the south of the A153, Anwick – for proposed erection and operation of biogas plant (biogas generated on site upgraded to biomethane, with a range of by-products for export) including connection to the national gas transmission system, associated highway modifications (including new road link to Moy Park Facility from the A153), proposed landscaping and associated development (including pipeline connections). The proposed development affects a Public Right of Way and the setting of a Grade II Listed Building. Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from Axis at Cameilla House, 76 Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5BB so long as stocks last, at a charge of £400, and the Non-technical Summary on USB for £20.
