What is planned?
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(1), (2A)
Notice is given that Broxbourne Borough Council intends to dispose of land having an area of approximately 42,500 square meters and which forms part of an open space at the West Side of Wormley Playing Fields, Church Lane, EN10 6LB to provide further sports provisions and improve existing facilities.
Objections to and representations in respect of the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to:

by no later than 12 noon on 9th May 2025
