District Council for Listed Building Consent or Conservation Area Consent
and/or planning permission in respect of applications scheduled below.
KENILWORTH
W/25/0453/LB 46 High Street, Kenilworth, CV8 1LZ: Re-roof house with
matching clay plain tiles, remove UPVC rainwater goods andreplace with cast
iron, change windows to simpler timber casements, remove and replace modern
bi folding doors to the rear elevation, with new. Remove and replace internal
doors and re-fit bathroom. for Mr J Hampshire.
LEAMINGTON SPA
W/25/0406 12 Clarendon Crescent, Leamington Spa, CV32 5NR: Proposed
demolition of existing single storey side and rear extensions and erection of
replacement two storey side and rear extension. Erection of single storey front
extension together with detached garden building to provide home office. for Mrs
Lucy Hammond-Charles.
W/25/0418 20 Lime Avenue, Lillington, Leamington Spa, CV32 7DA: Erection
of proposed rear facing dormer window to allow for new staircase to existing loft
conversion to allow loft room to be regularised for habitable usage. Proposed
single storey rear enlargement to existing extension with new replacement

roof dormer to main rear roof for Mr and Mrs Chillington.
W/25/0452 Jewson Ltd, Old Warwick Road, Leamington Spa, CV31 3NT: New
fascia signs and two new flag poles (part retrospective)
for Space Outdoor Signage.
W/25/0499/LB The Regent Hotel, 77 Parade, Leamington Spa, CV32 4AY: It is
proposed to erect a ‘Special Interest’ plaque on an external wall of the building.
Details of the plaque are shown the attached documents. The plaque measures
350mm X 250 mm, background colour is RALS00 (wine red), lettering is
BS10B1S (creamy white). for Royal Leamington Spa Town Council.
WARWICK
W/25/0348/LB Number 6, 6 Castle Street, Warwick, CV34 4BP: Add signage
to the front of the building in keeping with the character and style of the building
and locality. The signage would be the words RANGOLI (this is the name of
the restaurant). The signage would be created by the local Warwick company
‘Warwick Signs’ who are experts in Warwick signage and thus signage in
keeping with conservation constraints. The signage will be gold acryclic letters
fixed to the front of the building (no lighting, no illumination and in keeping with
the classy nature of the street and building. Furthermore, there is evidence
to suggest there was signage that existed on the front of the building in the
same location many years ago in years gone when the business was the ‘Gold
Cup Inn’. Remnants of the signs fixings can be seen on the building if looking
carefully (bolts) and also I have an artists drawing of how it looked in historic
times showing the signage. for Rangoli Bistro Limited.
