TAKE NOTICE that the YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY has received the following:

Works to a Listed Building

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990

Application Reference No: C/03/55G/LB

From Mr I Smith & Mrs S Smith for Listed building consent for

i) removal of the existing harled render finish to the two-storey rear extension;

ii) fixing of external wall insulation boards to the exposed brick finish;

iii) application of lime based roughcast render and

iv) removal of render on the north elevation of dwelling and re-point the exposed stonework to match the rest of the north elevation at Lane Top House, Arncliffe.
