The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts. 

25F/0728 & 25L/1004 - 12 Bold Street (1) Applicant Pret A Manger. To undertake internal and external alterations including replacement of the rear plant, new signage and alterations to the existing shopfront

25F/0495 - 10 Parkfield Road (17) Applicant Brock Carmichael. Part retrospective application to retain no.2 windows and install no.14 windows. 

25F/0305 - Myrtle Parade (7) Applicant Allego. Electric vehicle charging hub for 6no. vehicles, including 3no. individual charging units, 2no. feeder pillars, 1no. electrical substation and associated ancillary development, resurfacing and landscaping works.

25F/0791 - Land Bound By Blundell Street, Kitchen Street & Simpson Street (1) Applicant Savills UK Limited. To erect part eight/part six storey building with bridge link to existing three storey warehouse comprising of no. 3 commercial units (Use Class E) on the ground floor and no. 59 residential units (Use Class C3) on the upper floors, all with associated works

25F/0480 - Land to the north of School Lane and to the rear of Woolton Hall School Lane (25) Applicant Ben Thompson. To erect no. 20 dwellings with associated works and infrastructure following the clearance of the existing site.

25H/0983 - 22 St Michaels Road (17) Applicant Miss Abigail Evans. To replace 3 no. existing bay windows with new upvc flush casement windows.

25DIS/0874 - The Stables St Michaels Road (17) Applicant Mr Martin Tunstall. To discharge condition 3 (materials) 4 (windows and doors) and 5 (railing details) attached to planning reference 23L/1598.

25F/0204 - 109-111 Lark Lane (17) Applicants Rocco Donato Cillo and Paolo Cillo. Retrospective application for change of use from hot food takeaway with ancillary living accommodation (Sui Generis) to cafe/restaurant (Class E) on ground floor and flat on upper floor, and installation of ventilation flue and two air conditioning units to rear; part retrospective/part prospective installation of replacement shopfront; prospective re-construction of single storey extension and boundary wall to rear (Amended plans and description of proposal).

25F/0946- 6 Judges Drive (6) Applicant Mr J Berkley. To use premises as a 9 bed House of Multiple Occuation. 25F/0494 - 1d Park Avenue (18) Applicant Joasia Krysa. To replace existing door.

25F/0181 - New Britain Oils Limited, 45 Derby Road (20) Applicant Tim Pemberton SD Gutherie International Liverpool Refinery Ltd. To carry out extension of existing vegetable oil refinery, including erection of processing buildings, tank farms, loading bays and associated infrastructure following demolition partly in retrospect at SD Guthrie International, Derby Road, Liverpool, L20 8DY.

25H/0581 - 21 Rose Street (25) Applicant Mr A. Weir. To erect two storey extension to side, erect two storey extension to rear and erect single storey extension to rear.

24A/3248 - St Georges Way St Johns Precinct (1) Applicant Ms Cliodhna Young (St Johns). To replace existing sign at car park entrance with 1 no. illuminated v-shaped totem pole.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 8th May 2025 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. 

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
