Application in a Conservation Area

25/P/0511/FUL - Proposed change of use of first, second and third floors to form 3no. 3-bed HMOs and 2no. 5-bed HMOs (Use Class C4). Works to include formation of internal stairway and expansion of existing external stairway. Replacement of all existing windows with uPVC, installation of 10no. timber windows, replacement of 1no. first floor window with a door and block-up of second floor external door at Grand Central Hotel, 1 Beach Road, Weston-super-Mare.

25/P/0658/FUL - Proposed change of use including accommodation at first floor (Class E) to a large HMO in multiple occupation for up to 10 people with internal and external alterations including provision of cycle storage and communal areas at upper floors (all genders). Works to include additional two floors to rear and partial demolition to rear to create a courtyard at 131 High Street, Weston-super-Mare.
