Application: 22/25/0006 Conversion of loft into accommodation at Green Gardens, Lydeard Down Hill, Lydeard St Lawrence. Application: 3/21/25/022 Erection of a single storey side extension at Cherry Trees, 12 Glenmore Road, Minehead, TA24 8BQ.
Listed Building Consent - Application: 38/25/0102/LB Replacement of sash windows with uPVC at 60 Trull Road, Taunton. Application: 43/25/0027/LB Various internal and external alterations at 49 High Street, Wellington.
Listed Building &/or in a Conservation Area - Application: 3/21/25/021 Replacement of 2 No. windows with external elevation refurbishment to include replacement painted render, painted roof joinery, refurbishment of rainwater goods and re-pointing of chimney at 15 Manor Road, Minehead, TA24 6EH. Application: 3/31/25/003 Demolition of single garage and erection of a double garage (retention of works already undertaken) at Capton Manor House, Capton Lane, Stogumber, TA4 4LX.
