I give notice that application is being made by McLaren Group to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:
Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary conditions 2 (Approved Drawings) and 4 (Materials) to a revised facade solution for the split deck car park of planning permission Ref: 23/01210/FULM for the redevelopment of site to provide 3 flexible use units (Uses Classes B2 (general industry) and B8 (storage and distribution)) units with ancillary offices, together with provision of associated servicing areas, car parking and landscaping.
Members of the public can view the application, and submit any observations on the proposal, using the Planning Application Information Online system on the Council’s website using the following link:
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should do so by 7th May 2025, quoting reference 25/00675/FULM. Written responses should be addressed to Development Management, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent, DA6 7AT.
Due to the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1995, the Council will be legally obliged to make any responses to this notice available for public inspection.
