PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
a) Repair works to damaged bridge due to scour of
the foundations and loss of mortar to the intrados
of the arches and reinstatement of the stone which
has been lost (re-submission of 24/03469/PLB) at
Boynton Hall Bridge Main Street Boynton
East Riding of Yorkshire (Ref: 25/00828/PLB)
Proposal (a) is a Listed Building scheduled under
Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) affects the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
