Notice is hereby given of applications which have been submitted to East Lindsey District Council.
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015
The following applications will not be determined until 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Affects Public Footpath No. 233, Erection of 4no. dwellings on site of existing public house, which is to be demolished, The Red Lion Main Road Withern, Mr & Mr Earl & Page (00397/25/FUL).
Affects Public Footpath No. 226, Section 73 application to vary condition no.2 (approved plans) previously imposed on planning permission ref. no. N/028/01798/23 for the change of use of existing store to create 1no. fishing lodge, Rattys Retreat Beck Cottage Scremby Road, Mr S & Mrs J Stables, (02081/25/RVC).
Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Affects Tree Preservation Orders. Listed Building Consent - Part replacment of existing church roof, St Bartholomews Church Main Road Covenham St Bartholomew, Mr I Fazakerley, (00268/25/LBA).
CONSERVATION AREA - Replacement of existing windows to rear of flat, 1 Plough Yard Water Lane Horncastle, Mrs Althea Johnson, (00373/25/FUL).
CONSERVATION AREA - Alterations to existing dwelling to provide 2 no.replacement windows to the front elevation, 32 Kidgate Louth, Mr M Taylor, (02063/25/FUL).
CONSERVATION AREA - Extension to existing dwelling to provide additional living accommodation, Greenhills West Keal Road Old Bolingbroke, Mr C Powell, (02068/25/FUL). CONSERVATION AREA - Alterations to existing dwelling to provide a monopitched roof and replacement window to rear elevation (works complete), 127 Church Street Louth, Mr. T. Lloyd, (02095/25/FUL).

Any response you make is open to public inspection and will also appear on the Council's website in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, even if marked 'Private and Confidential'.
