NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

Technology House And Poole House, 48 – 54 Goldsworth Road And 1-3 Poole Road, Woking PLAN/2025/0267/DR: Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to create a shared living building (sui generis use) of up to 25x storeys including ground floor commercial units, landscaping, plant, refuse, cycle store, public realm and associated works and facilities.

Kimberton, Heath House Road, Woking. PLAN/2025/0263/DR: Erection of a detached garage and carport to front.

The Old House, Pyrford Road, Woking. PLAN/2025/0170/HD: Listed Building Consent for repairs to brickwork and framing around the chimney and fireplace (please see submitted reports for full/further details).

Woking College, Rydens Way, Old Woking, Surrey. PLAN/2025/0295/BC: Installation of 2no. single-storey Modular Classroom Buildings.

The Brown House, Aviary Road, Pyrford, Woking. PLAN/2025/0273/CB: Retrospective planning application for removal of front boundary fence and stone piers and building of rendered masonry wall and piers.

49 Mount Hermon Road, Woking. PLAN/2025/0280/CB: Erection of a rear outbuilding following demolition of an existing outbuilding.

Details of the application, together with submitted plans and documents may be viewed at www.woking.gov.uk/planning/publicaccess. Any representations should be submitted within 21 days from the date of this notice.
