a) Erection of a two storey building for use as
Children’s Day Nursery with outdoor play area and
associated parking and infrastructure, erection of a
single storey building for use as Convenience Store
with electric vehicle charging points, parking and
associated infrastructure at BDW Trading Limited Site

b) Erection of single storey extension to rear following
demolition of conservatory at 2A Low Catton Road

c) Erection of a single storey link extension to rear
and conversion of existing garage to additional living
accommodation at 2 Nelson Close Wilberfoss
YO41 5AF (Ref: 25/00590/PLF)
Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) affects a public right of way.
Proposal (a) is a major development.
