Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Derbyshire Dales District Council for planning permission/listed building consent in the weeks from 31 March 2025 as follows:

25/00046/FUL – Proposed infill extension within existing roof overhang – 2 The Orchard, Main Street, Kirk Ireton (C)

25/00227/VCOND – Variation of Conditions 2, 3, 4, 7 and 10 of planning permission 21/00955/FUL to allow for alterations to design and layout – Land off North Leys, Ashbourne (F)

25/00276/LBALT – Installation of secondary double glazing to 18 window frames of listed dwellinghouse – Woodbank House, Main Street, Hopton (C)(L)(S)

25/00307/OUT – Outline Planning Application for the erection of up to 2 no. dwellings with approval being sought for access – Land to the west side of Derby Lane, Ednaston (F)

25/00313/FUL – Demolition of garage, porches and rear single storey area, and erection of two storey side and rear extensions, with creation of new access – Midhurst, Main Street, Longford (C)

25/00315/REM – Approval of reserved matters application (all matters pursuant to hybrid application 19/01274/FUL) for the erection of 1 industrial unit (B1, B2 and B8 business uses) with associated infrastructure, landscaping and car parking – Plot 36, Harrison Way, Ashbourne (S)(M) 

25/00317/FUL – Single storey rear extension and erection of porch – Dales View, Hillside Lane, Brassington (C)

Applications with the suffix F may affect a Footpath

Applications with the suffix C may affect a Conservation Area

Applications with the suffix L may affect the character of a Listed Building

Applications with the suffix S may affect the setting of a Listed Building 

Applications with the suffix M is a Major Development

The applications may be inspected on-line at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk

Any person wishing to make representations about any of the applications should do so in writing within 21 days to the Regulatory Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN, quoting the relevant application number.
