Dr Matthew Holmes – 26 The Green, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 4RG (ref. no. ZD25/00160/LBC) Listed building consent to remove a small, modern partition wall constructed of breeze blocks from the kitchen
Mr & Mrs J & T Simpson – Gatherley Moor Farm, Gilling West, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 5LJ, (ref. no. ZD25/00164/LBC) Listed building consent to replace the existing 8 horizontal sliding sash windows and 1 vertical sliding sash window on the rear (south) elevation, with 8 outward opening casement windows and a new vertical sliding sash window all in timber with vacuum glazing. The windows to be replaced are not fit for purpose where the property is located, are single glazed and are at the end of their useful life.
