What is planned?

LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

A0018.25, 27A Broadway Rainham, Advertisement consent for the retention of 2 x non-illuminated fascia signs

The development is in a Conservation Area

The application affects the setting of a Listed Building

P0277.25, The Lodge Little Gaynes Lane Upminster, Erection of first floor, alterations to fenestration and erection of canopy over new front entrance and installation of front boundary wall

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan

P0352.25, 80-82 Lower Bedfords Road Romford, Retrospective separation of the existing site to form two units (nos. 80 & 82) which includes the installation of a boundary fence and to retain the existing storage containers to part of the site.

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan

P0384.25, Havering College of Further and Higher Education Tring Gardens London, Variation of condition No. 2 and No. 8 of planning permission ref: P0883.20 dated 01/02/2022 to permit changes to approved plans and variation in wording of condition 8 (Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide 120 residential dwellings comprising 78 houses and 42 flats(1bed x 12, 2bed x 53, 3bed x 55) with associated car parking, landscaping, open space, play space and infrastructure.)

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan

This is a major development because the number of dwellings to be provided are 10 or more

P0387.25, 9 Squirrels Heath Avenue Romford, Demolition of existing garage and erection of a single storey rear extension and linked annexe, alterations to fenestration and rooflight to rear.

The development is in a Conservation Area

P0410.25, Corner Farm Cottage Fen Lane North Ockendon Upminster, Demolition of existing buildings / extensions and construction of double storey side extension, new roof, internal reconfiguration and material changes to elevation.

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan

P0422.25, 18 Parkway Romford, Replacement boundary treatment and installation of new access and associated landscaping works. The development is in a Conservation Area

P0478.25, Strawberry Farm, Hall Lane Upminster, Extension to existing outbuilding / annex to create gym / rehabilitation room. The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan
