NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

COU/000203/25 – Change of use of the site into a dual use Wedding & Events Venue with self-contained accommodation (Sui Generis) & individual self-contained tourist accommodation (Use Class C6) with amended site entrance at Plas Bellin Hall, Oakenholt Lane, Oakenholt. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

LBC/000267/25 & FUL/000266/25 – Listed Building & Planning Applications for new accessible entrance, lift & toilets, kitchen & ancillary meeting rooms & offices to ensure the continued sustainability of the Grade 2 Listed Capel Pendref at Pendre Christian Centre, Pwll Glas, Mold. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).
