25/00721/LBC - Kepier Hall Church Street Houghton-le-Spring DH4 4DN. The Kepier Hall is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Renovation of existing sliding sash windows, installation of aluminium secondary glazing and replacement of decayed windows. This relates to a Grade II Star Listed Building which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
24/02389/FUL - 17 Norfolk Street Sunderland SR1 1EA. Better Homes NE is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use to provide 2 bed apartment at ground floor and 2 bed apartment at first floor, new first floor extension to the rear to provide additional 2 bed apartment and conversion of existing attic space into a 1 bed apartment. Works will include new dormer window to rear, roof lights to front and rear and new windows within the side elevation.

Sunderland City Council is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Proposed development to comprise of office, welfare and workshop areas, fleet vehicle garages, salt barn and gritter vehicle store, external hardstanding areas for additional fleet parking, skip storage and ancillary facilities (including a truck wash bay, refuelling area and containerised storage). Staff parking for 50 vehicles.
