The following applications have been received by the Council:
P21/0734 – The Owner/Occupier for AMENDED PLANS AND SUPPORTING
INFORMATION RECEIVED - Reclamation of former sewage treatment works
and redevelopment for provision of 121 dwelling houses and 12 apartments
within two blocks to include the proposed access and internal highway design,
earthworks and retaining structures, drainage, associated infrastructure, and
open space (wildlife meadow, ecological pond, informal and formal areas of
open space and tree lined streets) at Former Sewerage Works, Caledonia,
Quarry Bank, Brierley Hill, DY5
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS)
REGULATIONS 1990
These applications affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area
or the setting of a Listed Building.
P25/0185 – The Owner/Occupier for Change of Use from retail premises
class E(a) to restaurant and takeaway class E(b)/Sui Generis at 10, Market
Street, Stourbridge, DY8 1AD
P25/0239/PN3MA – The Owner/Occupier for Prior Notification under Part 3 of
the Town and Country Planning (GPDO) 2015 as amended for change of use
from Commercial, Business and Service (Use Class E) to Dwellinghouses
(Use Class C3) to comprise Change of use from Class E to Class C3 by
creating 19 self contained apartments at Regent House, 87-88, King Street,
Dudley, West Midlands, DY2 8PR
P25/0281 – The Owner/Occupier for Installation of Communication Hub with
Integral Defibrillator and Advertisement Display at Pavement outside, 18-19,
High Street, Dudley, DY1 1PJ
P25/0283 – The Owner/Occupier for Installation of Communication Hub with
Integral Defibrillator and Advertisement Display at Pavement outside, 235-
236, High Street, Dudley, DY1 1PQ

the date of publication of this notice.
