Proposed development at Land at Westlyn and Dairylands, Poundfield Road, Chalvington BN27 3TQ. I give notice that Mr Neil Eckert, c/o dowsettmayhew Planning Partnership Ltd is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the demolition of dwelling and erection of replacement dwelling at Westlyn. Demolition of existing business unit on land known as Dairylands erection of new detached dwelling. Both sites to include landscaping works. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

HAILSHAM – WD/2025/0655/MFA

Proposed development at Land off Mill Road, Hailsham. I give notice that Bellway Homes Ltd (Kent), c/o DHA Planning is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the variation of condition

27 of WD/2017/2956/MAO (outline application for the erection of up to 220 dwellings, plus convenience store (A1 Use Class), plus public open space, landscaping and sustainable drainage system (suds) and vehicular access point from Mill Road. All matters reserve except for means of access) to include reference to planning statement as an update to approved planning and affordable housing statement, to remove reference to the provision of 35% affordable housing. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Proposed development at Land off Mill Road, Hailsham. All matters reserved except for means of access) to refer to updated house tenure plan to remove reference to affordable housing provision.
