* R/2025/0190/CA: Retrospective fence (1.8m high) at 21 Belmangate, Guisborough
* R/2025/0192/CA: First floor extension above porch at 24 High Street, Moorsholm
* R/2025/0209/CA: Demolition of garden room; erection of detached office/gym linked by pergola at The Lodge, Victoria Road, Saltburn
* R/2025/0213/CA: Single storey side & rear extensions; detached summerhouse at 52 Marske Mill Lane, Saltburn
*R/2025/0214/CA: Demolition of offshoot; addition of single storey rear extension, render finish at Home Farm, Yearby Road, Yearby
*As the above applications are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.

R/2025/0229/FFM: Conversion of Guisborough Hospital into 34 dwellings at Former Guisborough Hospital, Northgate, Guisborough.
Applications submitted under Article 15 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015:
R/2025/0180/CAM: Installation of multi user trail including replacement speed bump to Grade 11 bridge at Ormesby Hall, Church Lane, Ormesby.
R/2025/0218/FFM: Erection of 14 retail units with associated landscaping at Eston Shopping Precinct, High Street, Eston
R/2025/0229/FFM: Conversion of Guisborough Hospital into 34 dwellings at Former Guisborough Hospital, Northgate, Guisborough.
