What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
25/0523/FH - GARAGES REAR OF 52 CASTLE HILL AVENUE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2RE - Conversion of garages to one new dwelling
25/0542/FH - Land Opp Marten Farm, St. Mary’s Road, Romney Marsh, TN29 0BT - Construction of a solar farm including solar photovoltaic panel arrays to generate electricity, with ancillary substations, inverters, perimeter stock fencing and gates, CCTV, lighting, access tracks, landscaping and other associated works.
25/0557/FH - ELHAM MANOR, THE ROW, ELHAM, CANTERBURY, CT4 6UL - Listed building consent for replacement of wooden sash frames with replica accoya hardwood which will be painted.
25/0575/FH - Flat B, 7 Grimston Avenue, Folkestone, CT20 2QE - Erection of rear extension.
25/0600/FH - 1 HERMITAGE CLOSE, HYTHE, CT21 6HZ - Weatherboard cladding to first floor elevations.
25/0604/FH - Lower Court, Shuttlesfield Lane, Ottinge, CT4 6XJ - Single storey rear extension with roof terrace at first floor and external covered link.
25/0645/FH - CHANNEL TUNNEL TERMINAL, ASHFORD ROAD, NEWINGTON, FOLKESTONE, CT18 8XX - Request for Approval under the terms of The Channel Tunnel Act 1987 relating to this project for the proposed construction of a connector road to enable emergency exiting of vehicles.
25/0671/FH - Lower Court, Shuttlesfield Lane, Ottinge, CT4 6XJ - Listed building consent for a single storey rear extension with roof terrace at first floor and external covered link.

Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
