NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications

1)
Application for 16 Leylandii to be felled to ground level, 1 Sycamore to be removed and 1 Cherry Tree to be removed subject to Tree Preservation Order No.1 1964 at Withens Nursing Home Hook Green Road Southfleet

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Hook Green Conservation Area and in addition, affect the setting of a Listed Building and Scheduled Monument (Application Ref. DA/25/00149/TPO)

2)
Addition of 6 windows to serve loft space & provision of roof vents

at 4 - 8 Hythe Street Dartford Kent

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area and in addition, affect the setting of a Listed Building. (Application Ref. DA/25/00285/FUL)
