Reason for notice: Affects the Setting of a Listed Building

Proposal: Retrospective planning permission to continue to use of land for car parking (permission sought for temporary period of 4 years)

Reason for notice: Application for Listed Building Consent

Application No: 2025/00289/LBC

Application Type: Listed Building Consent

Location: The Ring O Bells, 131 Church Street, Fairfield and Howley, Warrington, WA1 2TL

Proposal: Installation of new sign above existing fascia sign. New neon sign to be fixed directly into fascia board, not the fabric of the building

Applicant: Chris Catelani.

The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice.
