25/00174/FUL - Osmanstead, Condor Road Laleham, Staines-upon-Thames, TW18 1UG
Erection of a detached dwelling.

This application is within Laleham Conservation Area

25/00307/RVC & 25/00308/RVC - Old Station, Moor Lane, Staines-upon-Thames, TW18 4BB
Variation of Conditions 2 (Approved Plans) and 3 (Materials) of planning approval 24/01053/LBC and 24/01052/FUL for ‘Internal and External Alterations including new openings at lower ground level, access ramps and railings to create an external play area’ to allow for amendments to the approved plans.

Proposals affect the setting of a Grade II Listed Building and are in the Staines Conservation Area

25/00411/FUL & 25/00412/LBC - Halliford School, Russell Road, Shepperton, TW17 9HX

Extension of the existing Design and Technology Classroom. No works are proposed to the Listed Building, the extension is in its curtilage.

Proposals affect the curtilage of a Grade II Listed Building and are in the Lower Halliford Conservation Area
