What is planned?

Mole Valley District Council

Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule. 

MO/2024/2005: Danesmead, Ockley Road, Forest Green, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 5SG, Variation of Condition relating to drawing numbers of approved planning application MO/2015/0349 for the erection of 1 No. dwelling following demolition of existing barn and outbuildings to changes to fenestration, internal layout and windows and gutters and downpipes to aluminium. 

MO/2025/0252: 14, High Street, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1AX, Removal of existing ductwork, replacement of 3 No. rooflights and removal of 1 No. rooflight, installation of 4 No. opening roof lights and new access walkway. 

MO/2025/0293: 43, Tifters, The Street, Charlwood, Horley, Surrey, RH6 0BY, Alterations to a previously approved listed building application, MO/2014/1185/LBC: Bedroom 2: Additional window added to the west elevation, original window on the south elevation to be moved up 650mm, Bedroom 3: Change the doorway into a window. 

Bedroom 4: Reinstate the original doorway into the east elevation, insert new window and move the approved window across. 

New kitchen extension: Change a window on the south elevation to bi-folding doors, west elevation window move by 490mm, east elevation add 1 No. window and 2 No. rooflight. 

Barn doors east elevation: Adjust the high windows by 465mm, Plant store and Utility Roof: to include the addition of a plant store to the north of the existing barn, roof over the utility area. 

MO/2025/0430: Crouch Industrial Estate, Barnett Wood Lane, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7DG, Demolition of the existing unit and erection of a replacement building to provide self-storage floorspace across four levels (Use Class B8). 

MO/2025/0448: 8, Ashtead Lodge, Parkers Lane, Ashtead, Surrey, Rebuilding a collapsed section of a boundary wall. 

MO/2025/0508: 14, High Street, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1AX, Prior notification for the change of use from retail to residential for the creation of 4 No. studio apartments - Studio 1, 2 and 3 at ground floor level and studio 4 at first floor level.
