The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/24/098197/MAJOR: Development Land West Of Electrium Sales Ltd Hindley Green Business Park Leigh Road Hindley Green Erection of a detached building comprising 3 industrial units (Use Class B8) with car parking and landscaping thereto.
The Council has received the following planning application which is affects the setting of a Conservation area: Golborne Town Centre.
A/25/098614/FULL: 17 - 19 Heath Street Golborne Warrington WA3 3BN
Conversion of 2 existing (Class E) units into 1 (Class E) unit at ground, new external staircase and entrance to rear of 17 Heath Street to facilitate access to flat and associated external alterations including installation of new shop front to front and side.
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
