The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
25L/0893 & 25F/0892- 52 Beaconsfield Road (25) Applicant Luke and Josh Braithwaite.
To retain front boundary wall and new access opening following the demolition of the existing
25F/0460 - Princes Dock (3) Applicant Gareth Evans. To install no. 4 floating pontoons to form a padel tennis facility (Use Class F2), comprising of a clubhouse, no. 3 padel courts,
walkways and associated works
25H/0888 - 53 Sandown Lane (15) Applicant Matt Edmondson. To erect a single storey extension to side and install no.2 rooflights.
25F/0855- 10 Parkfield Road (17) Applicant Singleton Investment Company Limited. To replace the existing roof.
25H/0452 - 12 Sessile Close (18) Applicant Mr and Mrs Moumtzis. To erect a single storey rear extension.
25F/0854 & 25L/0789 - 46 Rodney Street (1) Applicant Roger Kenyon. To undertake internal and external alterations including the removal of the rear fire exit in connection with the use of the premises as no. 5 flats.
23O/3197 - Priory Medical Centre, Belmont Grove (6) To layout apartment block for residential use (Outline Application). **Amended description**.
25F/0844 & 25L/0845 - Watchmans Hut on North side of Pier Head, Canning Half Tide Dock (3) Applicant Maria Cochrane, National Museums Liverpool.
To carry out remedial fabric repairs, replacement windows and external door, installation of new electrical fittings and associated external works to provide level access.
25H/0863 & 25L/0890 - 23 Fulwood Park (17) Applicant Jonathan Falkingham. To erect new entrance porch, demolish garage and replace with 2no. car ports, layout new parking provision, carry out alterations to fenestration, erect single storey extension to side and new veranda to rear elevation.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 24 April 2025 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
