Plans and documents may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Council, Holt Road, Cromer, NR27 9EN. Any representations should be made in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice. If the application is for householder development and permission is refused, the owner has the opportunity to comment at the appeal stage it is dealt with via the expedited process.
