Proposed development: Reserved Matters application for access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale at Phase 1 of hybrid planning permission PL/2023/0002402/OUTM.

Comprising erection of a 29,175 sqm building to house teaching and research spaces with ground floor ancillary café and lecture theatre with associated service yard, public realm, access and landscaping works 

Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.

Application reference: PL/2025/0000699/FUL Site address: 217 Albany Road Proposed development: Conversion of dwelling into two self-contained flats 

Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application reference: PL/2025/0000719/RESM

Site address: Eastern Green, South Of A45

Proposed development: Reserved matters application for the construction of 327 dwellings including appearance, landscaping, layout and scale along with associated infrastructure, pursuant to application OUT/2018/3225 granted 03/06/2021. 

Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.
