Application: 43/25/0024 Change of use of stables building into ancillary accommodation at Nowers Farm, Wellington.

Application: 3/07/25/003 Erection of gazebo at Leigh Mill Farm, Leigh Lane, Stogumber, Bishops Lydeard, Taunton, TA4 4BL.

Application: 3/32/25/011 Installation of security gates at the entrance to the schools playing field at Stogursey C of E Primary School, Tower Hill, Stogursey, TA5 1PR.

Listed Building Consent –

Application: 23/25/0015/LB Replacement of ground floor flooring, both sub-structure and boards, with a solid limecrete floor at St Mildreds, North Street, Milverton (retention of works already undertaken).

Major Development –

Application: 38/25/0115 Approval of reserved matters following outline application 34/16/0007 for the access, appearance, landscaping, scale and layout for the addition of a retaining wall to the approved Silk Mills junction works on land at Staplegrove West, Taunton.
