PUBLIC NOTICE

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as amended), The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017, Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (as amended), Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended), The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 (as amended)

Notice of decision to grant planning permission for the carrying out of development pursuant to planning permission reference number: 18/000036/cm, dated 25 March 2021 without complying with conditions 4, 5, 7, 26, 28, 29, 30, 33, 34, 41, 50, 55 and 60 of that permission on land adjacent to former Chadwich Lane Quarry, Chadwich Lane, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

Worcestershire County Council (‘the Council’) hereby gives notice that on 27 March 2025 they granted planning permission for the above development, which is development requiring an Environmental Impact Assessment for the purposes of the above Regulations.

A statement by the Council containing

i) information regarding the right to challenge the validity of the decision and the procedures for doing so;

ii) the reasoned conclusion of the Mineral Planning Authority on the significant effects of the development on the environment;

iii) any conditions to which the decision is subject which relate to the likely significant environmental effects of the development on the environment;

iv) a description of any features of the development and any measures envisaged in order to avoid, prevent, reduce and, if possible, offset, likely significant adverse effects on the environment;

v) any monitoring measures considered appropriate by the Mineral Planning Authority;

vi) the main reasons and considerations on which the decision is based, including information about the participation of the public; and

vii) a summary of the results of the consultations undertaken, and information gathered, in respect of the application and how those results have been incorporated or otherwise addressed, are available for inspection electronically at: Worcestershire County Council, Wildwood, Wildwood Drive, Worcester, WR5 2QT, during office hours by prior appointment, or online at: https://www.worcestershire.gov.uk/council-services/planning-and-developments/planning-applications/public-notices the application reference: 23/000045/CM.
