Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2024/2204: Dorking Barbers, The Old Dutch House, 134, High Street, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1BG, Installation of an internally lit barbers pole.
MO/2025/0277, Techno Zone, 246, High Street, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1QR, Erection of 1 No. set of illuminated fascia text and 1 No. non illuminated projection sign.
MO/2025/0399, Mickleham Lodge, Old London Road, Mickleham, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6DL, Conversion of one of the existing garages into residential use including raising the roof and changing garage door into window.
MO/2025/0404, Headley Court (Mansion House Site), Headley Road, Headley, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 6JN, Variation of condition 2 and 11 of planning permission MO/2024/1687 for the retention and conversion of existing listed mansion house to C2 accommodation and associated communal facilities, alongside the relocation of the sarcophagus flower trough, sundial, and winged lion seat garden features and temporary dismantling of left hand pier of gate located at the northern Headley Road & ‘Jubilee’ access to facilitate construction access, to allow to vary the wording in order to substitute approved drawings relating to internal works to the Listed Building this includes alterations to existing ceilings and further ceiling removal are now proposed, details of structural alterations including the method of strengthening floors and creating new openings. Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk.
