TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015, NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED)

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 (as amended)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following proposal has been received by the Council as local planning authority and is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Applicant: Deptford Bridge (RER Deptford Bridge) Limited

Proposal: Hybrid planning application for the demolition of existing building and construction of buildings ranging from 1 to 31 storeys for residential (Class C3) and flexible Class E, local community (Class F2), education (Class F1), and drinking establishment (Sui Generis) use; cycle parking and facilities, landscaping and highway improvements, servicing and plant and all other ancillary and associated works at Former Lewisham College, 1 Deptford Bridge SE8.

(This application is an EIA development and is accompanied by an Environmental Statement).

(This is a cross-borough application with the Royal Borough of Greenwich, their reference: 25/0798/F).
