Outline planning application for residential development (Use Class C3) of up to 405 dwellings and a care village (featuring medical centre and community hub within Use Classes C2, E(e) and F2) to consider means of access into the site only from Shay Lane and Old Lane (matters of access within the site, layout, appearance, scale and landscaping to be reversed matters).
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted:
Calderdale Council, Town Hall, Crossley Street, Haifax, HX1 1UJ
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
