TWC/2025/0255 – Warehouse (Water Lane Car Park), Water Lane,Newport – Repairs to fascia boards, barges & roof slates, re-bed ridge tiles & gable verges, re-pointing to chimney & replacement of guttering

TWC/2025/0258 – Site of The Lion, 3 Whitchurch Road, Wellington – Demolition of front facade wall of the former public house & erection of 11no. supported living units (Use Class C2) with associated infrastructure, landscaping & parking (Part-Retrospective)

Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at

planning.control@telford.gov.uk

and need to be received by 1 May 2025 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.

If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them.
