Medway Council as Local Planning Authority has received the following applications which are being advertised to ascertain the views of persons living near the sites and other interested parties. The proposed developments relate to one or more of the following:
1. The site of the application is within/affecting the setting of a designated Conservation Area (Section 73) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990;
2. The application relates to, or affects the setting of a Listed Building (Section 67) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990;
3. The application is for a Major Development;
4. The application would affect a right of way to which Part III of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (as amended) applies;
5. The application does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan;
6. An Environmental Statement accompanies this application.
7. The site of the application is affecting the setting of an Ancient Monument

MC/25/0604 - Police Section House, East Road, Historic Dockyard, Chatham
Reason 2
Variation of condition number 2 (Drawings) on planning application
MC/23/1834 for a non-material amendment to replace the approved
drawings with all new drawings. To facilitate the slight relocation and
reduction in size to the digital studio and on the police section house minor
changes to comply with scheduled monument consent.

Reason 1 - Reinstate the wall at 2090mm and to replicate the older boundary wall
Reason 2 - apparent to the rest of the site boundary.

Reason 2 Listed Building consent to reinstate the wall at 2090mm and to replicate the
Reason 1 older boundary wall apparent to the rest of the site boundary.
