I give notice that Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design, acting on behalf of Populo Living, is applying to the London Borough of Newham for planning permission for the proposal below:
Redevelopment of land at Carpenters Estate, Stratford for a re-developed mixed-use neighbourhood with substantial demolition of existing structures and buildings. Outline details are submitted for site layout, scale and access (with appearance, internal layout and landscaping reserved for later approval) to provide a maximum overall floor space of 252,877 sqm (GEA) for the following uses:
Residential (Class C3)
Flexible commercial uses (Class E)
Hotel uses (Class C1)
Pub and cinema (Sui Generis)
Local community uses (Class F)
