REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal by Taylor Wimpey UK Ltd

Relating to the application to East Devon District Council for Outline planning application for up to 86 dwellings with access from Colestocks Road; the provision of public open space, landscaping, drainage, and associated highways improvements and infrastructure. All matters to be reserved except for Access. At Land east of Colestocks Road, Feniton, Devon, EX14 3EQ

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.

Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
