TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (North West) (No.09) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped area of highway as lies off Pasture Road at Moreton in the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral This is to enable development as permitted by Wirral Council, under reference APP/22/01686.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/NW/S247/5716). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Moreton Library, Pasture Road, Moreton, Wirral, CH46 8SA.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 9 April 2025.
