Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015
The following applications will not be determined until 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Affects Tree Preservation Orders. Erection of 1no. dwelling with a detached garage. Fyshs Holt, Spilsby Road Skendleby, Ms S Ford, (00430/25/FUL).
Major Development. Erection of 2no. calf sheds. The Shambles, Wainfleet Road, Firsby, Mr P Gilbert, (00352/25/ FUL).

Affects Public Footpath no. 91. Extension and alterations to existing dwelling to provide additional living accommodation, alterations to existing driveway and erection of gates and boundary wall with railings and piers to a maximum height of 1.9m. West View, Northway Fulstow, Mr C Gray, (00381/25/FUL).

Major Development. Affects Tree Preservation Orders & Public Footpath No. 344. Section 73 application to remove conditions no.6 (use), no. 13 (vehicles &machinery), no. 14 (operating times), no. 15 (subdivision) and to vary conditions no. 4 (landscaping) and no.7 (scope of e) previously imposed on planning permission ref. no. N/105/02506/23 for the change of use and alterations of existing buildings to be used under class E, siting of 136 No. storage containers and erection of 13 No. micro commercial units to be used under class E, erection of lifting barrier and fencing and construction of hardstanding.

Affects Public Footpath 526/1. Erection of an office building alterations and part demolition of existing hangar with the demolition of existing office building and the removal of existing sheds and fuel tanker. Strubby Depot The Green Strubby, Lindsey Marsh Drainage Board, (02003/25/FUL).
Major Development. Affects Tree Preservation Orders. Change of use of existing commercial fishing lake to provide a holiday park, with the siting of 22 no. holiday lodges, excavation of land to form a fishing lake and an extension to the existing fishing lake, erection of a storage building, provision of 3 metre high bunding, the construction of internal access roads with associated infrastructure and landscaping. Land Opposite the Boathouse, Hagnaby Lock, Stickney, Mr Wilkinson, (00272/25/FUL).
Major Development. Section 73 application to vary condition no. 2 (approved plans), condition no. 4 (external lighting), condition no. 5 (landscaping), condition no. 9 (surface water) and condition no. 10 (scheme of works) as previously imposed on planning permission reference S/153/02009/22 for the change of use of agricultural land to provide an extension to existing Holiday Park, including works to provide pitches for the siting of static caravans, car parking, pedestrian footpaths, internal access roads, landscaping, water features and infrastructure above and below ground. Affects Public Footpath No. 351. Reserved matters application relating to the erection of 5no. 2.5 storey terraced houses (outline planning permission reference no S/029/02151/23 for the erection 5no. 2.5 storey terraced houses, granted on 2th April 2024). Globe Foundry, Main Road, New Bolingbroke, Mr J Rundle, (02002/25/RES). 
Affects Tree Preservation Orders. Extensions and alterations to existing dwelling to provide additional living accommodation. 21 CHURCH LANE, MANBY, LOUTH, Mr. M. Dunn, (N/113/00389/25).

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. The following applications will not be determined until 21 days from the publication of this notice.

DEVELOPMENT IN A CONSERVATION AREA. Extensions and alterations to existing dwelling to provide additional living accommodation and resurfacing of the existing driveway. The Cedars, The Broadway, Woodhall Spa, Mr & Mrs Davis, (00406/25/FUL).
