What is planned?

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

a) Installation of telecommunications base station
compromising a 20m monopole supporting three
antennas and two dishes, together with two ground
based equipment cabinets, one meter cabinet and
ancillary development thereto including access track
and compound fencing at STREET RECORD Beverley
Lane Sancton East Riding of Yorkshire

b) Erection of 1.5m high timber fence and gate to
replace existing 1.2m high timber fence, installation
of 2.4m high fixed timber frame TV housing to new
fence, extended outside seating area, decorative
festoon lighting with 2.4m high support posts and
associated hard and soft landscaping works to rear
at Cross Keys Inn 89 Market Street Pocklington East
Riding of Yorkshire YO42 2AE (Ref: 25/00615/PLF)
c) Erection of two garden stores ancillary to Barns 2
and 3 at Burbank Barn and Orchard Barn Beals Lane
Sutton Upon Derwent East Riding of Yorkshire
YO41 4BU (Ref: 25/00702/PLF)
Proposal (b) is within a Conservation Area designated
under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (b,c) affect the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) is for a telecommunication development.
