NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14
MANSFIELD DISTRICT COUNCIL
UNREGISTERED FOOTPATH AT BURNS LANE, WARSOP, MANSFIELD, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE
STOPPING UP ORDER 2025


The above Order was made on 26th March 2025. The effect of the Order will be to stop up a section of the footpath between Burns Lane and the land to the rear of the Plough Inn/Plough Yard, Church Street, Warsop indicated by an orange line on the Order Map commencing at point E:456747 N:368109.5, marked 1 on the Order Map, to point E:456812 N:368058.5, marked 2 on the Order Map with a width of 3 metres.
Copies of the Order and the Order Map have been placed and may be seen and/or obtained free of charge from the Civic Centre, Mansfield District Council, Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG19 7BH from 8.30am to 5:00pm on Monday to Thursday and from 8:30am to 4:30pm on Friday. A copy may also be viewed on the Council's website at

and entering the reference 2023/0391/FPTST.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Planning Manager, Mansfield District Council, Civic Centre, Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG19 7BH or by email at

pbc@mansfield.gov.uk

no later than 4pm on 9th May 2025. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no such representations or objections are made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Mansfield District Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations and/or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
The stopping up of the footpath shall have effect on the date on which the Council or the Secretary of State confirms the Order.
